With over 20 years of practical experience across private and large complex government organizations, Vince is a seasoned IT professional with knowledge and experience with the following:
Systems and network infrastructure
Scripting, web and software development
Business process improvement and operational efficiency
As a generalist, his diverse knowledge, holistic and wide angle view of systems and operations makes him an effective project leader.
His past accomplishments included navigating through the complexities of various governance bodies, performing change management and helped drive the completion of several complex and high profile IT Infrastructure and Data Migration projects at the Provincial Health Services Authority, one of the major health authorities in British Columbia. Other past and current clients include Powerex (Subsidiary of BC Hydro) and City of Burnaby.
Understanding that people and relationships are one of the most important pieces in any given project, his primary style of project management is focused on servant leadership, respect and transparency.
While he's not helping his clients or managing projects, he enjoys being active, creative and spending time with his family and friends.
His stays healthy by running, practicing yoga, calisthenics and playing hockey.
For his creative endeavors, his passion is producing music and dj-ing.
